On Wednesday 9 March Carol Dyhouse discusses her book "Glamour: Social History, Women and Feminism" examining with wit and insight the history and meaning of costume, cosmetics, perfume and fur at The Luxe (London) as part of the Wisewords Bookclub programme of events celebrating Women's History Month, which will hold events every Wednesday of March, featuring "women writers promoting new and recent works with readings, Q & A sessions, general chit chat and cocktail drinking of course!"
