Antony Schofield

Currently residing in the rapidly declining post-industrial north of England where I work as a mental health advocate, while also sometimes volunteering at the Working-Class Movement Library in Salford.

I cut my political teeth during the Great Miners' Strike of 1984/85 and then in the anti-apartheid movement. I became inactive after that but was given a new lease of life by the uprising in Seattle in 1999 and have been increasingly active since then.
