DOUBTS ABOUT US CONSTITUTION (vii) – Article 7 – Ratification.

Article VII (Article 7 – Ratification)

The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same.

The US CONSTITUTION WAS APPROVED BY JUST THE 11 or 13 STATES EXISTING BY 1788.

When Did Each State Join the United States?

I ‘D LIKE TO THINK THAT THE PROCEDURES FOR BEING ADMITTED TO THE UNION INCLUDE SOME FORM OF EXPLICITLY RATIFYING US CONSTITUTION. BECAUSE IF THEY DON’T, US CONSTITUTION LACKS ANY DEMOCRATIC SANCTION.
