Always best to look at what policies political parties put into place before giving them a label. For one example, university education was handily set back in time 20 years by Syriza. Think about a robust graduate student body with professors finding research money for the students (1) to pay the students and (2) to give them timely research (3) offering not only hands-on work but also (4) professional experiences throughout not only Europe but throughout the world . . . Now think about setting the formula that enables the process being set back 20 years. . . not because the change is good for the students, just because the minister of education’s sensibilities are offended by the modern process. As fast as technology, science and engineering are moving globally (with the exception of most of the U.S.), 20 years is a hell of a setback.
