Psychiatrists, Local Police and Judges at Santiago de Compostela (i)

I’ve been for 18 years a teacher. As I missed the opportunity to become a don, tried everywhere to become a principal. Well on 21/11/2000, there were some elections for the school board at my workplace, Ordes, a village 26 Kms. away from Santiago de Compostela. I’d been for a couple days somewhat disturbing. Nothing serious, just a nuisance. My workmates as they used whenever that happened, called my wife, a teacher at the Languages Faculty in Santiago de Compostela, we’re now divorced, though it’s impossible to get rid of her, Yolanda Garcia Lopez, and she, pretending we were just getting some Valium, took me in a taxi that night, 20/11/2000 and talked to a trainee doctor, Mr. Jose Rodriguez Silveira,  who without any court order, without ever exchanging two words with me, ruled my “urgent admission,” making his security guards block and bring me down to the floor while I was quietly trying to get out of there. In my way out. (That guy, Jose Ramon Silveira, BTW, is the chairman of the Galician Association of Psychiatry, now.He hadn’t  even finished his training by then, 20/11/2000https://todosobrelaesquizofrenia.com/Expertos/4).

Not only that, though. Silveira signs that on that night, 2000 November 20th, I was on a psychotic brout. Just two words in a huge blank page.

One day later, on November 21st, Jorge Perez Perez, another well known psychiatrist here, Santiago de Compostela, a Mexican, can’t look now where he coursed his career, or if it wasn’t ever validated or why in the Spanish Kingdon states about me:

Patient transferred urgently from the Clinical Hospital, sedated;  impossible to evaluate.  Case of three days of evolution (Who told him? Rodriguez Silveira never talked to me, I was deeply sedated, impossible to evaluate. Whi told him? My wife? My workmates? Is it according Hippocratic oath diagnose anyone by hearsay?) characterized by hyperactivity, disinhibition, “maniform (?) mood,”, reference ideas, suspicion, logorrhea, tachypsichia, flight of ideas.  In treatment with Dr. González since several years.

(About Dr. Emilio González, just this, he was convicted for sex abuse in 2003 and finally expelled of the Medical College at old age once more for that: https://www.elcorreogallego.es/amp/santiago/el-colegio-de-medicos-expulsa-al-psiquiatra-santiagues-condenado-por-abusos-sexuales-NG7558539).

As diagnostic hypothesis, Dr. Jorge Pérez Pérez, though I was sedated, though he couldn’t asses me, though only one day had past since Jose Ramon Silveira report, states “Bipolar Disorder, maniac phase.”

Nice. Because 2 days later, on 23/11/2000, a third doctor, Dr. J. Alonso San Gregorio signs this:

“IDENTIFICATION: Male, 42 years old, a resident in Santiago. Married. Teacher of Latin. Medical Insurance: Adeslas.

TYPE AND DURATION OF THE INTERNMENT: Imperative. From November 21st to November 23rd 2000.

CLINICAL SYNTHESIS: (Information provided by the patient). Patient with a psychiatric history of about 8-10 years of evolution.  In specialized follow-up, although we do not know frequency and treatment.

He refers paranoid symptomatology as the debut of his clinical case, based on interpretive mechanisms and self-reference – he thought his wife was going to be kidnapped (Yeah. I saw someone like her one night conveyed in a car, looking anxiously through the rear window). -He currently reports delirious ideation of prejudice in his professional environment.  On November 20, he was sent to the Emergency Department of the Clinical Hospital (Yeah. By my wife), starring in an episode of psychomotor agitation with heteroaggressiveness, (Yeah, when the Security Guard medical student Silveira Rodriguez sent to block my way out me brought me down to the floor).

ADMISSION. INTRAHOSPITAL EVOLUTION.

He was admitted under pharmacological sedation;  In subsequent evaluation, this is what stands out: patient oriented, collaborator, coherent speech, reports delirious ideation of prejudice based on interpretive mechanisms, expansive tonality and affective inconsistency when referring to personal situations.  No awareness of mental illness.  Recognizes sporadic use of cannabis and subdepressive episodes throughout evolution.

SUPPLEMENTARY TESTS.

Blood, biochemical, and urine tests were done.(Emergency Department of the Clinical Hospital). Standing out this: Leucocytes: 10.980; N 73,5%; L 20%; M 4’6%; E 1%; B 0,4%; Luc 0,6 %; CK 308 UI/L (1-110); Potassium 3,5 mE/L (3,6-4,9); TTPA 22 sg (22-33). EEG: normal sinus rhythm at 91 l. p.m.

DIAGNOSTICS:

Probable affective bipolar disorder, maniac-paranoid.

Differential  diagnosis with schizoaffective disorder.

TREATMENT:

Haloperidol: 1 ampoule

Sinogan: 1 ampoule

Akineton: 1/2 ampoule (IM) every eight hours.

CAUSE OF THE DISCHARGE:

Transfer to his reference sanatorium center.

All this, stamped, with the SERGAS, (Galician Health Service) Psychiatry’s Stamp.

Have some incredible data about their way of doing gasometries, too.
