I know that my time is near,
But I wish, before I go,
I could douse some tyrant’s head,
And for justice strike a blow.
I know tyrants are everywhere,
An incendiary conglomerate,
But what rich retrospect it would make
To have one less as I depart.
If we do not move an arm, a leg,
We acknowledge god’s primacy;
And the last thing god has on his mind
Is to liquidate tyranny.
