This new legislation means that temporary community licences can now be granted for up to 100 days in a year (from start date, not calendar year).
However this is out first licence, run by volunteers.
This presents a few problems. Can we sustain a full 100 broadcasts (every Saturday and Sunday) with no experience?
The BAI insists on exact dates, which cannot be changed, so if you do not manage to broadcast as you said then you may lose the licence altogether.
Alternatively if we go for a smaller number, we may not be able to apply for a continuation and so may have to stop, with the resulting break of momentum.
So this is one balance to be found.
